Our world's fallin' apart
We can't sit around and play Mario Cart
We all gotta play a part
Tell me, where do we start
All I could afford is a box of pop tarts
But I refuse to work at Walmart
I have infinite love in my heart
And big goals to start
My dream is to make a difference through my art
Ever since I was a little boy
Momma taught me, not to destroy
And to be kind, to all mankind
There's no room for hate
Knew that at eight
Only 24, but don't fear the weight
Maslow outlines our hierarchy of needs
Physiological needs come first, not greed
We all need clean air, water, and food to survive
But it is through safety that we could all thrive
Peace is our only way to feel safe and loved
How can our kids get an education
Establish their solid foundation
Maintain a positive reputation
Feel good about their human obligation
View others as members of an equal population
Move past the crippling stagnation
Fuel their creative imagination
Fight against human starvation
Now tell me
We must break the silence
Awaken the inner conscience
Be proactive, not adopt passiveness
Stand in solidarity against all forms of injustice
Educate each other to resist this growing movement of prejudice
Eliminate waste to prevent the serious consequences of jaundice
Embrace our cultural differences
Find common grounds regardless of our religions
Speak the truth in front of all audiences
Hold back from verbal intoxication eventually
Love each other unconditionally
Hug one another, meaningfully
