It was 1984 high school dreams and getting High
Summer vacations with a tears in our eyes Reality will not be strayed and those Memories will never fade

Growing up with respect for all to see even Neighbors and teachers beat me
Rabbit ears and shows to see the music was Made of memories
Our Self truth stays strong
We all need these memories to carry on
Time passes fast 1984 was here and long Passed
Graduation going our separate ways as Don't Stop Believing continues to play

Some of us stay close others hit the road
With a fist full of dreams to make life glow
Living for the future or in the past all these Memories will forever last

High school hockey football crowds were Loud
Cheerleaders were fine
And so very proud
Camaros and hotrods rip up the streets
Loving and touching in the back seat
Life was simple and was so grand hoping That time would never end

We were smoking and drinking at the Double docks
Was this an error that time forgot
Years have passed and memories fade
Hoping it won't continue this way
Self discipline stays strong and true
We need all these memories to carry us Through

40 years have passed and some of us didn't Last
Memories will forever be strong and true This helps carry us through
Day into night as night into day until it all Goes away
Lifes actions become tomorrow's dreams These memories are for all to see
