When the night enshrouds us we ponder
How life's embrace shall greet us
With each new dawn's arrival
We question our existence
Do thoughts of me cross others' minds?
Or am I but a futile void in space?
I've often mused on departing this realm
Venturing into a somber woodland
Forever concealed from prying eyes
Yearning to traverse the arboreal expanse
To dwell within cavernous abodes
To wander the globe
Solitary solely me
