Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
Once upon a time, Gabriel told us in rhyme
An old woman had a bad feeling 'bout her town
And people took her word as something divine!
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
They spread the rumor of could be a malice
Something serious would come to their town
And people worried to face a malefice!
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
Little by little such an idea grew out of control
One day a little bird twittered his chime
Bad omen! they said, this is bad for the town!
Dread spread like fire undermining their minds
Panic-stricken they could't think on their own
One by one, soul by soul, their reason got blind!
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
Fearing the invisible, they ran and fled the town
But before escaping all their houses they burnt
And so committed the crime, their lives were in despair!
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
The old woman watched the disaster in dismay
Stood up before everybody and trembly said
I knew something evil would arrive to this town!
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
Pure, blind fear
Gripping the minds of those swayed with ease
Fear, plain fear
Of what your eyes never see!
Utopia, dystopia!
Don't instruct me to fear
Utopia, dystopia!
Won't accept feelin' afraid
