I've been climbing electric fences

But I keep holding on

The first jolt's so hard to take
The next one stings like mad
Til the numbness just sets in
And it's not so bad

Every time I reach the top
I get knocked back down
Am I the fool who get back on the horse
Or the clown that won't stay down?
