God made the sky and land in the beginning
In six days made a garden and rested it was good
Now all is under curse because of sinning
His plan to mend creation He made well understood
Some he made to work the land, to toil and sweat for gain
Some he made to bear the young in suffering and pain

Some he made to learn His law through failure and in grief

God's promises they all are "yes" in Jesus
And so we say "Amen" and our God is glorified

All creation groans and longs to see that freedom day
