We're still living in the United States of Rome
Where greed, lust, and violence make themselves at home
We worship what we own, sin rots to the bone
You can have thousands of followers and still be alone
How many people tape the Holy Spirit shut
In pursuit of paper that says in God we trust
Pride comes before the fall, read the letters of Paul
He clearly warned us all that this would be our downfall
We like and comment for the sick instead of praying for the sick
Tell me where's the limit, I'm praying for Jesus to end this
Stop preying on those with sickness and start praying for forgiveness
Pursue becoming a disciple instead of standing as a witness
I see churches more concerned with taking tithes
Instead of saving lives and giving sight to the blind
The dead can never lead the dead
Hear the words that Jesus said
Bread of life is from the Son of God who defeated death
Satan will tell 99 truths to tell a lie
He knows he's running out of time so he's working overtime
To grab every soul he can find before his kingdom declines

Devil worship at an all-time high

Don't overcomplicate what God has said is sacred
It's easier to teach an atheist than a Christian in false doctrine
Somehow we've forgotten that our Lord is sovereign
