Second one's a stress response
A fight or flight adrenaline release
It's what you do to me
Second two, pupils dilate
And dopamine like crack-cocaine flows free
It's what you do to me
Second three, the trigger-zones
Of oestrogen and testosterone are breached
And my breathing gets faster and harder
Second four, my heart rate soars
My blood it thickens braced for pain relief
It's what you do to me
I know it's chemical
But it hurts like Hell
You're almost forgettable
But not yet
Second five, my conscious mind regains control
And I know I have to leave
It's just what you do to me
I know it's chemical
But it hurts like Hell
Yet somehow inevitable
Now I guess
Second ten, it starts again
You know I'd go wherever we could be
It's just what you do to me
