David is heading back. He's got a three-day journey
And the Bible says that they march three days
They're looking for watchers, they're looking for comfort
They're looking for comfort and joy that will come from their loved ones
That will come from their family members
That will come from the love of seeing their wives and their children
And they get back to safety and find out that everything is gone
You ever got yourself in a position or in a place that when you thought that you had arrived
Just to get back where you started and find out that everything is gone
On everything I love, what I'm supposed to be
Can everything I love bring you close to me?
On everything I love, you were supposed to be
Everything I love, but I feel so empty
I cry sometimes, I'm lonely
Do you cry sometimes without me
I get high sometimes, I'm lonely
Do you cry sometimes without me
