Jen rents her own place
Jen has low self esteem
Because she slightly overweight
Every reflection she intakes
Multiplies her self hate
Media coverage of the female body
Personifies Bodies she can not relate
Jen contemplates
Jen exaggerates
The idea of talking to someone
Will it exhilarate
Jen thinks its too late
To even change ways
Jen thinks she stuck in this ruck
And only self harming is her fate

Mike has not mates
Mike lives at his parents place
Mike don't want to go to school
Because his classmates give him hate
Mikes a quite shy
Mikes a nice guy
Mikes sits on his own in the lunch halls
While his peers pass him by
Mike tells himself lies
Mike lays in bed and cries
Mikes always contemplating
On taking his own life
Mike thought a knife
Mike changes his mind
Mike got a rope
And hung himself until he dies

All had one thing in common in life
Mental health issues particularly depression is what made them alike
Jay had a good life
Jen had an average life
And mike took his own life
We all need to remember it only takes one second
