Nomrah - Destiny (feat. Daniel Miranda) [Remastered] Lyrics
Official

Every day with pen in hand, I write until the pages tear
This is what I love to do, it comforts me when I am scared
My songs are like an avalanche, my feelings pouring like the snow
Writing all these albums, dreaming one day I'll be doing shows
Sharing out my message, so if anybody wants to hear
I'm going out on all these platforms, swearin' it's gon' be my year
When I wrote this song, I wanted to portray the chillest vibe
Every night I pray to God, and I feel like he's shown a sign
This is what I'm meant to do, and in my heart, I know it's true
Every time I write a track, you know I do it all for you
This is only my first album, but I got more in the works
I'm rappin' about who I am, and not about them Gucci shirts
I am me so I'm expressin' everything I wanna be
And about the one above and everything He's done for me
He has been my guardian and by my side since day one
By my side, I'm on my grind, I ain't ever goin' bankrupt
Critics will try to say, that you will never amount to anything
But if you dive into the recesses of your mind, and emphasize what makes you unique
You can conquer anything that stands in your way
No matter how big the challenge may seem initially
Hand together and I pray, "Is this really what You want from me?"
Been stressin' every day, God, I need you and your company
To comfort me throughout my battles every day
'Cause I just feel like I should run, but I know there's a better way
It's hard to find the time to write, I gotta go to school
I slack off on one of them, the other one I overdo
Gotta find a balance with my grades and with my talents
Never stop, I keep on rappin', 'cause I know it's what I'm supposed to do
Yeah, 'cause there ain't a thing that compares to the adrenaline flow
I get on stage and I rip up a show
When I hear the crowd cheer, whether I get smiles, tears, or anything
No difference, it's everything, I live for it (uh)
I got a story to tell, and I hope that many hear it
So I'mma pick up this pen, and jot some rhymes and lyrics
'Cause you can tell that I'mma never let this rappin' go
Whether I'm on sold-out tours or a talent show
Every time that you say you're not good enough to do something
You are only proving the critics right
What right do they have to judge your destiny? None
Get lost in your thoughts, let your brain take over, and go out
And show the world what a true legend is made of
Every time I write a track, I always give it my 100
Runnin' off into my mind to contemplate these things I've wondered
Should I get a job or should I go off and pursue my dreams?
Why not try 'em both and see just what all God has planned for me?
I dunno what's comin' man, and real talk yo, that scares me
I wanna make it big in music and finally be carefree
If that's what I'm meant to do, then I'll embrace it gracefully
If I ever left this game man, I would leave a vacancy
Hoppin' on these tracks and makin' stuff that you all wanna see
It's all because I know that He is the one who has followed me
I'mma give it up to Him, who has always known what's best for me
Even if I disagree, I know that's how it's meant to me
I know it sounds unorthodox, that I do not sound confident
But that's because I'm human, I just tell you what my problem is
And hope that someday I can get an answer to my questions
Until the day I die man, I am always learning lessons
