We've got a problem we
Grow up in a world of anxiety
And living in propriety
But socially and psychologically
We owe ourselves an apology
For thinking we should all agree
With what's already set to be
And should do the same as our family
But we're all diff'rent and to see
That all we do is hereditary
Is wrong and a catastrophe
And maybe to disagree
Is all we need and its easy see
Just do your best and it's a guarantee
You'll determine what makes up your own psyche
And choose your own, a different niche
And I. I don't know
What life you lead
Just have a go
You'll find a need
You'll find a need
It needs to be said the
War in your head, the
Conflict of what you hear and what's true
If you can't say what you
Believe then should you
Be believing it I don't know
But instead let me ponder what I see to be
The importance of a friend and your own family
In deciding what you turn out to be
And the worries and the stress and the
Nights in your bed when you
Can't get to sleep and you start to reflect
On the countless failed times you tried counting the sheep
But its deeper than that and it's hurting my head
All this fighting and shouting in there and it hurts cause
I'm tired of this image that I'm made to be and the meaningless reasons why
I'm not unique
And I, I don't know
What life you lead
Just have a go
You'll find a need
You'll find a means
