Jack and Jill went up the hill
To fetch a pail of water.
Jack fell down and broke his crown,
And Jill came tumbling after.
Oh, Jack and Jill, they took a spill,
Up the hill and down so fast.
Jack and Jill, oh, Jack and Jill,
They'll be more careful next time past!
Up Jack got and home did trot,
As fast as he could caper.
To Old Dame Dob who patched him up
With vinegar and brown paper.
Oh, Jack and Jill, they took a spill,
Up the hill and down so fast.
Jack and Jill, oh, Jack and Jill,
They'll be more careful next time past!
Now they know to take it slow,
Holding hands, they climb the hill.
They laugh and sing, enjoying the day,
Jack and Jill have fun at play!
Oh, Jack and Jill, they're climbing still,
Up the hill with joyful cheer.
Jack and Jill, oh, Jack and Jill,
Now they're safe, there's no more fear!
Jack and Jill, oh, Jack and Jill,
Playing safely all the way.
Jack and Jill, oh, Jack and Jill,
Having fun every day!
