Loneliness
Can seem like an endless darkness
But I confess
I find content in the solitude of the silence
Senses still
Life but a soft ripple
On the lake in which I swim
Out to the galaxies
The space to infinitely
Just be me
Peacefulness
Be soothed by it's soft caress
Allowing distance don't be resistant
To the space of your existence
Your senses still
Life but a soft ripple
On the lake in which you float upon
Amongst the stars and moon
Just push past the gloom
To just be you
Don't love another
Because you fear being lonely
Don't reject it because it feels hard
Can't love another
Til you love being lonely
You can't love another until you love your own heart
In the wilderness
The luscious landscape of the soul
No place more intimate
Than the spirit alone
So look it dead in the eye and hold it close
Loneliness
May seem like an endless darkness
But I confess I find content
In the solitude of the silence"
