Let me tell you about a friend of mine
A man many don't understand

But I plea with God every day to cast out my demons
And wash me clean so that I can stop doing wrong
The scales have fallen from my eyes and I clearly see that I was born to live for Christ alone
A life more abundant and for a greater purpose
And even on my darkest days, I look up to the moonlight
And remember that my God is near

God your ways and thoughts are so much higher than mine

Come to the water, eat and drink without cost
Why do you spend money on what is not bread, and labor for what does not satisfy
Seek the Lord while he may be found, and call on him while he is near

Who has believed our message, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed

I know that he who created the heavens
Who spread out the earth and all that is in it
He who gives breath and life to all mankind
