It all started in fourth grade
I took a trip half across the country on a plane
Landed in General Mitchell took the car to Chicago
Opened my eyes to where in the world I was gonna go
You see I was a curious kid, I dreamed of going away
And the Midwest was suddenly calling my name
I saw Milwaukee for the very first time
Saw a Packer game, Wisco blew my mind
So I'm telling you, making you hear with tears coming down my face
For the next four years I've finally found my place
So I'll throw up the W, as my heart begins to race
I can't wipe the disbelief from my face, on Wisconsin
I'll let this shit die down quick
Lemme take some time to reminisce
It's been nearly nine years since the first trip
I've taken three or four more, but every time I miss
It more than the last, a past, a constant fire
That burned, inside, the flames rose higher
I knew, the red, and white were the colors
That together, emblazoned, my future
So I'm telling you, making you hear with tears coming down my face
For the next four years I've finally found my place
So I'll throw up the W, as my heart begins to race
I can't wipe the disbelief from my face, on Wisconsin
On Wisconsin
On Wisconsin
