I begin my defense with a message
A mission statement, a set of words
I will use to focus my frustration
Into a somehow deranged concentration
A channel of fury
A victim of life transformed
Into superhero

Again we dance to the rhythm of words
That lead us merrily down the path to nowhere
I hear the answer you try not to give me
And so the anger builds and the frustration calls
I will not look back
I will not back down
I will fight and I will win
I will not bend over
I will not look back
I will not lay down
I will not bend over
And assume the truth you hide
It remains to me a curious thing
How naivete is to help me
I want to... I need to... name my enemy
And yet you continue to insult me
I know what lies ahead
And I feel what is deep inside
Why can't you tell me what I already know
It's going to be a very bumpy ride
I know that you are trying to do what's best for me
But you cannot protect me anymore
Give me my focal point, my target, my mission
And I'll beat what I can no longer ignore
