Jake (born: March 3, 2001 [age 21]), better known online as JVKE, is a musical artist based in Cranson, Rhode Island.

He is most known for his presence on TikTok, as well as his viral song "Upside Down," which had been popular on the platform.

At around the age of 17, Jake got a publishing deal and ended up dropping out of college. Instead of becoming a music teacher, which was his initial goal, he decided that he wanted to become a full-time musician.

Towards the start of lockdown, Jake began his online presence on TikTok. There, he and his mother worked together in order to create mixes of popular songs, which were recognized by larger creators such Charli D’Amelio and Loren Gray.

On August 18, 2020, Jake officially released the song "Upside Down" on his YouTube channel. The track had previously been released on TikTok and had gathered attention of people such as Charlie Puth, who had made a remix of it.
