Jesus came down to earth from heaven
With His Father's will in His mind
Out of Glory He came into our darkness

Every day He spoke the words of His Father
He boldly obeyed God's will
But as time went on evil men conspired
They led Him away to that hill
On that hill they nailed Him to a cross
But the Lamb of God redeemed all that was lost
For you and me Jesus gained the victory
On Calvary

Jesus rose again to be alive forever
At His Father's side now He sits
When we call out to God to save us
He sends His Spirit into our hearts
He came up He rose up from the grave
He came up and He's able to save
To you and me God gives us His victory
