Swallowed by the ground
Lead to the lairs of striges, the quivering hounds, and the brittling fireflies
So much a soul can stand to be wrenched
They endure until she's content
Ferns surround me, I can't feel myself
The ground shudder, all was overwhelmed
Cottage, creek, and pines
All of the sudden I was back
The presence, in she was
I asked it to give me back my life
Trembling, it took my hand
Achingly, she walked away
Feeling my body scurrying back into reality
Crows and hounds crawl back into their caves and burrows
Voices heard from a distance, but I can't tell what they say
Fearfully, it all came to me that once again I was alone
