Ok so
This wasn't originally the introduction to this album
I just could get myself to release the other one
And since then it's kinda got me thinking about
How we feel when we write songs about heartbreak
It's usually in our most fragile vulnerable states
And I think that's why I've had such a hard time
Bringing myself to release music
Because I'm pretty much just laying out
My soul on a table for people to see
And that feels really scary

But you know what?
F*ck it
Because life is far too short
Not to just to whatever the hell you wanna do
In spite of any negative opinions that might get thrown your way
And with any luck someone might actually even relate to it
And that's all I can ask for

So here it is
My first album
It is cliche
It is sadness
And it is heartbreak
But there is a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel
So
Hopefully we can all just
Enjoy the Journey Together
