I saw her the other day, she made such a funny face
I guess she knows it will always serve, to put me in my place
She could smack me with her sushi, or have my Ford towed off
And I know I'll always love her, I just can't get enough
She hangs there in my vision, clear as the light of day
I open up a magazine, but she still won't go away
I thought of takin' in a movie, or drivin' out to the beach
But it doesn't matter what I do, I can't get beyond her reach
There's only one certain way, to get her off of my mind
And that's to play this old guitar, nearly all of the time
Thought of swimmin' off to China, or drowning myself in booze
But I know I'll always love her, nothin' ain't no use
