Candelabras light the elaborate twists and turns of the labyrinthine gloom
Lo! What spectre stands before my sceptre drawn?
She yawns and laughs this tune
This ghastly ejaculation prompts me to evacuate
But whenceforth came I into this aperture-less room?
A prince imprisoned in the catacombs
While an imposter's usurped my father's throne
Now appears she long dead of shame for sharing a kiss with I who share her name
"Come brother," quoth she, "and lie with me
In death I've felt my conscience quelled
No stones are thrown, nor sins atoned
When judgment's left to love alone"
Candelabras light the tannins to shimmer and shine in this soporific wine
Lo! What demon took tender form
To trick me so, to end our reign, our line?
This poisoned red pooled by my head reflects a room empty of all but dread
Step forth ye demon in thy sweet disguise
And I'll face hell with her heavenly face in my mind
