So you've got a way with horses
Don't you think I'd like too?
But there are limits to our divorce
And still some things that I can't take from you
The crows have been emotional messes
For days they've only flown straight up and down
Their cans of corn go largely uneaten
They are more than the idea of leaving town
Because I had no Liberty
I had to check with you to see if I was even hungry
Alone I'm as stupid as a sneeze
I don't think I've had a thing to eat since the other Sunday
They came again to check on me to make sure I was OK
Made them eggs
True horror came upon our neighbors
Now they're barely even there
Their eyes look like inflated bagels
You should have seen what happened to their hair
They used to ski and support one another
Now they hang out up on the roof
They're afraid to go back in their houses
And they'd rather watch the crows float towards the moon
