Today I was trying to make a sandwich and I needed some jelly
I tried to open it to spread it so I could put it in my belly
So I put the jar within my hands, squoze down upon it hard
I couldn't break the seal no matter what I did to that jar
I was tryin and was tryin and was tryin just to get it
I couldn't open it up I got a hammer and I hit it
Couldn't break it open that way there was nothin' to do
Instead of havin' a sandwich I just might have to eat soup

I reached Into the fridgerator so I could get the last item
Without the realization that I was gonna have to fight him

I started twistin' and turnin' and churnin' turnin' the jar
It wouldn't even budge though I was tryin' real hard
I started screamin' and rantin' and gettin' all flustered
I guess I have to eat it with an extra swipe of mustard
