El cholo and me
We stroll through these dirty streets
Looking for some bread and company
Looking for some stars to fill our eyes
Looking for some fire lullaby
That can send our hungry souls to sleep
El cholo and me
El cholo wears his camera like a machine gun shooting Pictures against the emptiness of this life.
Cnd he takes me to these parties where the little girls glitter like the Light bulbs from a plastic christmas tree.
Then he covers his eyes with his hair against the things that he don't wanna see.
Cuz sometimes he sees giants disguised as windmills that want to take his sight away
El cholo and me
Looking for some bread and company
Looking for some stars to fill our eyes
Looking for a fire lullaby
That can send our hungry souls to sleep
El cholo and me
He shows me the Pictures of twentythousand women and he says to me "none of them were mine"
"but just for that moment where the camera did click i possesed every single one of them"
Then id say "but all these people's just an image" and he'd wisely say without knowing "but so far thats all there is"
Then we'd look to a pretty ass or two and say "well, for the present moment thats just good enough"
Cnd maybe its the moon that set a spell upon our hearts
Or maybe its the hormones that are always on the riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiise
El cholo and me...
So we go along walking in the back of these summer nights looking for ways to kill eternity
Cnd we take that avenue wich is always fifteen minutes long to anywhere you wanna go
Cnd anywhere if crowded, Fast and cheap well much better then
Bread and circus to the lonely men who live in cities
But now we better run because those giants are coming...
(and now we run)
Cholocholocholocholocholocholocholocholocholocholocholocholouahhhhhhh!!!! Brrrrrrr!!!!!

But remember that herzog film in wich is said that a giant is just the shadow of a dwarf
