Tell my insides I'm going outside
I think I need some vitamins
My diet's getting light again
And I don't know if it's healthy to
Feel this way
December 18th couldn't come
Any sooner, I'd sooner go to sleep and wake up
When you're here my dear
I think we might just be
F*cked up enough
To fall in love
So once upon a time there's these two geese
A girl and a boy, goose and a gander
Now the gander is head over heels in love with the goose
He's smitten, that's right, smitten over her
And she loves him too
Now the goose she's really smart, but also really proud
And that can be tough
Because geese make mistakes and get stressed out sometimes
I mean, geese are only human after all
They each live on different farms
So even though they love each other
Sometimes they miss each other
And lately the goose hasn't been visiting the gander as often as she used to
So the gander gets anxious and so he asks
Am I okay
And she says of course you're really good
Then he asks are we okay
She says of course we're really good
He goes home satisfied
A few days later the gander wakes up really early
And knows as soon as he wakes up that he is in fact ok
And he knows that they love each other and that the are in fact ok
But at the exact same time he realizes that he doesn't know if she's ok
Because he didn't ask
And he feels bad about that
Tell my insides I'm going outside
I think I need some vitamins
My diet's getting light again
And I don't know if it's healthy to
Feel this way
December 18th couldn't come
Any sooner, I'd sooner go to sleep and wake up
When you're here my dear
I think we might just be
F*cked up enough
To fall in love
