It'll all be over soon
When the sun comes to dry the tears
The morning birds and the peaceful wind
Swim, swim, swim away
When the sirens flash over your heart beat
Nothing will prepare you for the need
And the swarms of dust form into pleading
Screams of sorrow and" please don't leave"
Oh, but there's no more getting past this
Reformative thoughts feel long lasting
And a rapid heart break over a tall black
Casket
Though, the fear stills drowns in the hurt
And you can only think it'll get worse
But the sun shines bright even
In the darkest parts of the night sky
It'll all be a lesson
There's only so much you can do
Squeeze her hand and promise her you'll be fine
Don't leave yet
And the flowers come, but you know she won't
I'll be there when you need her most
To talk through school or against the world
There's still enough light for you
Black crows and those little lies
It won't get you through, but you still wanna try
I know the darkest days make you wanna
Be by her side
It'll all be over soon
When the sun comes to take the white doves, you'll
Know that there's places
For everyone
Only for the morning to never come
You know she's watching
Down on her proud little girl
Singing a song, don't leave yet
