Olivia Rodrigo will be donating over $2 million from the net proceeds of her 2024 "GUTS World Tour" to 10 charities around the world. The donation arrives as a part of Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good initiative, which is focused on “building an equitable and just future for all women and girls through direct support of community based non-profits that champion girls’ education, support reproductive rights and prevent gender-based violence.”
The 10 charities she’ll be donating to are: National Network of Abortion Funds (United States); Women’s Shelters Canada; Women Against Violence Europe; The Pratthanadee Foundation (Thailand); Korea Foundation For Women; Harmony House Limited (Hong Kong); NPO Women’s Saya-Saya (Japan); Aidha (Singapore); Jhpiego (the Philippines), and Wesnet (Australia).
Rodrigo has been consistent supporting these charities and causes throughout her rise to stardom. She recently visited her ancestral homeland, the Philippines, and donated all net proceeds from her show to Jhpiego, an organization that supports adolescent and youth health, family planning and reproductive health, gender equity, and more. She also previously pledged to donate to the National Network of Abortion Funds when she began the tour’s North American leg, handing out free contraceptive kits and expressing her support for women’s reproductive rights.
It’s been a busy year for Olivia Rodrigo, who recently released a new concert film, Olivia Rodrigo: GUTS World Tour, on Netflix. She’ll keep her momentum by embarking on another world tour next year, this time focusing primarily on playing festivals; Rodrigo will headline the South American editions of Lollapalooza, plus some major European festivals like Rock Werchter, Roskilde Festival, Pinkpop, and NOS Alive.
