Praise the Lord, Jesus
I was searching, searching for love
I was pleading, pleading for you
Yeshua, Yeshua the Messiah
If you don't know him, Im meant to go show him
I'm writing these poems, I feel like my purpose is not of the norm
I gotta keep, wait, what? Hold up
I gotta keep spitting for Jesus
Was broken he picked up the pieces
Changed my whole life when I picked up Ephesians
It changed me, it changed how I look at this life
Maybe one day I'll have a wife
They stabbed me in the back with a knife
But I got that armor all on me
All on me, you will see these blessings fall on me
I be stressing, he be saying, just call on me
Yeah, call on him, build that spirit like you're in the gym
Lift the weights of any place you're in that kills your faith
Don't look to men that grab the pen and write
Oh, write about Christ
Oh, Christ
Galatians 3, 23-26
Before the way of faith in Christ was available to us
We were placed under guard by the law
We were kept in a protective custody, so to speak
Until the way of faith was revealed
Let me put it in another way
The law was our guardian until Christ came
It protected us until we could be made right with God through faith
And now that the way of faith has come
We no longer need the law as our guardian
For you are all children of God
Through faith in Christ Jesus
Amen
Amen
Jesus
