Ave the Fox - Colo(red) Lyrics

Ave the Fox - Colo(red) Lyrics

Stories of mere mortals that's mirroring heroes
Ain't have to see the planes hit
To know it's ground zero
In a time of tragedy is when countries is shaken
I look around and see the pain and destruction on faces
Over time i saw the fallen and look for my passion
Heroes on tv show me powers amazing foundation
Challenge yourself to push past limits and fighting for others
Even Vegeta took his pride past the levels of others
Ken and Ryu showed a bond that cut deeper than blood
Raiden showed he could assemble with strength from above
I challenge me to find a place i could pull from within
Darren my brother thought that maybe our time could begin
We started training in the rain to the soundtrack of legends
Ain't even knowing that this path that we running was destined
Toonami nights was like the set of a place to reset
My colors grew from all the visuals that i would get

Deep down they battled thought our skin was a changeable feature
They took our future placed a box
When they coming to greet ya
If you ain't wit it
They transition to leaving you either
You figure how to get along or they leave you as piece of
Another kid that couldn't make it through they education
But if you fighting that's the color
You see that's just raising
Ain't even thinking that they cartoons I'm watching is placing
A base on fighting or the strength for the streets that I'm facing
We level up through all of practice and fights in the school
Parents confused
These boys dressed like some ninjas at school
Replace the ninja with a nigga and that is a tool
They box you in
I guess Toonami ain't known at this school
They section off the kid as if he the problem
They call the parents and saying that maybe they can resolve em
They pose some questions to solve em
And all em ending the same
They asking how can they manage the color that he might bring
They saying different and special
They dress it up as a play
They say more of these words
So it ain't sounding the same
A shame
They addressing his color in a way that he don't realize that he really just being
Separated, Segregated

Covered in tears
My perception of color is built in images that supported the faces of people
That bullied pointed and built up the hatred
Face it
My face ain't in place when spaces that changed and arranged in basic mistakes
That i placed with take me to places that i felt the most sacred
I hate it i made it my playlist but wait this feeling i love and built up through all of these stations
Changes the way I'm behaving but building
The strength that they gave me ain't it okay if we basically love the color that we came with it

Love the color that we came with
Love the color that we
Love the color that we came with
The color that we
