Frank settled down in a distant land
He met a nice girl and he took her by the hand
His brand new life went just like he planned
But as the years went on it started to get bland
In his life of crime he bid the law adieu
He hit banks and malls and cars and zoos
He went to jail for a while, and when he got out he knew
He decided then what he must do
And so Frank went back, across the sea, to the town over by the bay
Finally ready to meet his fate
And as he arrived, there they were, waiting for him
The angry mob, looking just as they had so many years ago
And as the torches and pitchforks descended on him, he looked up at the sky
It was a bright summer night
